"McAfee conducted a survey in 2008 and estimated cyber crime data theft to the amount of 1 trillion globally (note, though, that some experts suggest this figure is exaggerated; see 2009, 27, March. HSNW newsletter. The problem is immense yet using secure envelopes developed by Mathew Collett who is a senior VP for business development at cocoon data is secure.

Secure envelopes wrap sensitive e-mails or other sensitive information with advanced encrytion technology. At this date, it has not been compromised and is accredited under the internationally regarded standard common criteria (EAL4+-- the highest security level for software.

The file is encrypted before the attachment on the other side. the receiver has to have the software to decrypt the file. They have a special key to prove who they are, then it is dycrypted and the receiver drags the information from the file. The benefits are numerous with privacy and safety as number one. unathorized access and eavesdropping, along with false attachments are also benefits.

Staying one step ahead of the hackers is the goal. sensitive data should be protected and maintained. Archiving information for a basis of regulating and maintaining a safe secure platform with safe applications is a good goal to maintain.

Quantifying and measuring the success is an accurate way to ensure the safety and success of a good information technology plan. Using all the resources available is to stop all of the hackers is a good goal to maintain. When something works, we should use it.

Why the contribution is important
