The Private Sector is responsible for 80% of CIKR in America. Getting back to "normal" after an event is dependent to a large degree on private sector returning to business quickly to support their customers and communities, wether that nbe a national retailer or a local small business. The private sector plays a pivotal role to the success of Objective 3.2.
