Subsidize vacations for Americans along the Rio Grande river.  Our
border with Mexico may be considered too dangerous for some citizens.
It is not too dangerous for many US first responders who could use
time off and interaction with US Border Patrol folks and citizens
whose land abuts the Rio Grande would surly be appreciated by all.
Activities and details of such vacations as well as benefits
from the disbursement of stimulus dollars can be found at this
URL which can and will evolve after this QHSR dialogue SITE deadline.
Tweets from @qhsrdialogue may not include updates BUT there will
be some from @stillmoreinfo

Why the contribution is important

It involves US citizens; which is always better than just eminent
domain' citizen land, posting No Trespassing signs and further
inhibiting Americans and our neighbors from earning decent,
fair and lawful livings.
