I saw in a resent flood disaster that we had in our town the cable company(s) will broadcast EAS messages a crossed all there channels. The Satellite company(s) Dish Network and Direct TV etc…  Only Broadcast EAS Messages across local channels. As a Cert team member I had a lot of calls from Satellite subscribers of what was going on. We need a better way for Satellite Company’s to send out messages on all channels by location(s) etc…
