Cert team's get grants and funding for different items. How about grants they can apply for that aren’t covered in these area's all ready. I would like to see funding for a communication call out system for cert teams. It will cost us some where in the range of  $5,000.00 to $25,000.00 a year to setup and maintain a system to do a call out or to do a complete community notification. In a resent flood disaster our system didn't work as good as one would like to see. When looking for grants to pay for a new improved system we were unable to locate one. We would have to secure many public assistance and grants. Maybe a national web system could be designed.

To get the Cert teams or volunteers where there needed most as quicly as possible!
