I concur. Our government does not care about it's constituents. Our so called representatives only care about lining their pockets and increasing their power.

It appears that our current elected minions are more concerned with the welfare of illegal aliens (felons or not) than the welfare and jobs of their American constituents. Our borders, particularly the southern one, must be protected at all costs. Get that fence completed and block or blow up the underground tunnels. Just get back to enforcement and to heck with the bleeding hearts in Washington.

I concur as well. Having served on the border as well as the interior of the country for over 2 decades, I have seen Moritoriums and Directives which hampered our enforcement which had no apparent purpose but to curry political favor with constituents (and ocasionally non-citizen or residents). The terror war is winnable, as is the drug war (and they are now intertwined), as long as our officers are encouraged and rewarded to pursue investigations and searches against the enemies of the Republic. Our one great inability is to overcome political interrest overiding the security concerns of the nation. Speaking for fellow officers, we can DO IT, as long as our Government is willing.

I agree that our Government cares more about illegals. I live in a town that is heavily population with illegals and the crime rate is rampant. A 7 year old girl was raped and sodomized two weeks ago. This may of been prevented if police could check status before a crime is committed instead of waiting until a crime happens. We have average of 2 shootings, stabbings, robberies a week.

helpus - It is the sad truth that Our FAMILIES are at the mercy of ILLEGALS and their Anchors being murdered, raped, infected with disease, or robbed. We can see the results of the ILLEGAL invasion in our courts every day! But NOT to worry the Chamber of Commerce will get their cheap labor increasing their privatized PROFITS while socializing the benefits for their ILLEGALS on the back of U. S. Citizens, thanks to our past and current Presidents, the Congressional Leadership(?), and local elected and appointed officials!

Why is everyone so surprised about this situation. Law enforcement is practically non existent. My local police chief is utterly frustrated because the feds. will not do there job!!
