Because both of my daughters had Canadian mothers and both girls have opted to be Canadian citizens, I have been visiting Canada on multiple occasions each year for the last thirty-four years. For most of that thirty-four years, my experience in crossing the border has been pleasant and effortless. Recently, that happy state has changed and I have begun to be harassed at the border crossings coming from Canada for periods ranging from one hour to three hours. I note swarms of border agents working my idividual case. It very much appears that there are way too many border agents with little to do except harass 61 year old American citizens as I cross the border. I am a four year vetern of the United States Marine Corps with Vietnam combat experience and I do not appreciate this recent harassment by employeee of the United States government. You should find someting to keep these people busy or get rid of the excess baggage. Stop the harassment of loyal American citizens such as myself.

We do not need United States government employess harassing loyal American citizens.
