It is interesting that trusted traveler credentials on the border with Mexico cost about 2 and a half times as much as those on the Canadian border. Is that because the investigation of predominately hispanic populations is more expensive due to more dishonesty? The US looks VERY racist!!! (See NEXUS and SENTRI)
